• AOI HealthChoice is a statewide health insurance program sponsored by Associated Oregon Industries, available exclusively to AOI members with 2 to 74 employees.
• AOI HealthChoice provides Oregon's small employers with purchasing power typically enjoyed only by large employers.
• AOI HealthChoice provides AOI members the rare opportunity to offer their employees a choice of medical carrier. AOI HealthChoice offers six packages of medical benefits; the employer selects the package (or benefit level) and each employee chooses his or her own carrier! This offering takes pressure off the employer - trying to find a plan all the employees like - and empowers each employee to select the medical carrier that's right for them!
• AOI HealthChoice offers a variety of benefits, including medical, vision and dental coverage.
• AOI HealthChoice brings added value to its offerings by including services such as Employee Assistance Program benefits and chiropractic benefits with its medical plans, and complimentary Cobra administration for Cobra-eligible groups. We now also include $10,000 of life insurance coverage and enhanced AD& D benefits in the medical plans, through our partners at The Standard. (Chiropractic benefits are not included in our HDHP plans.)
