Vision Benefits
The AOI HealthChoice Vision Rider is an employer choice option. If vision coverage is elected, all covered employees will receive vision coverage through the health plan in which they enroll for medical coverage.
Life Insurance and AD& D Benefits
The AOI HealthChoice life and AD& D benefit is included in all medical plans. All covered employees will receive $10,000 in life insurance coverage as well as AD& D benefits through The Standard.
Chiropractic Benefits
The AOI HealthChoice chiropractic benefit is included in Packages A-D. All covered employees will receive their coverage through the health plan in which they enroll for medical coverage.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Benefits
The AOI HealthChoice medical plans now include (at no additional cost) Employee Assistance services, provided through EASE, Inc. An EAP makes available to your employees a 24-hour confidential counseling and support line, and referrals as necessary to meet with counselors for a variety of issues. The benefit included in your AOI HealthChoice medical plan covers three sessions per issue; for example, one issue may be marital problems, another issue may be financial concerns. Dental Benefits
The AOI HealthChoice dental benefits are an employer choice option. The employer selects the level of dental benefits, and the employee chooses the dental carrier through which they want to receive their coverage. AOI HealthChoice now offers dental coverage through Advantage Dental on a stand-alone basis; medical coverage is not required in order to purchase dental coverage. Note: Medical coverage through AOI HealthChoice is required for enrollment in the Kaiser Permanente Dental plans.
